Ingredients
- 100g turkey minced meat
- 10g onion
- bunch of fresh parsley
- Olive oil in spray
- 50g Zero fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- salt and black pepper to season it
Directions
- Heath the olive oil on small fry pan
- Chopped onion and mix it with the turkey minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
- Form small 6 balls and fry them on the pan
- Once the meatballs cooked through, add yogurt and mustard to make a sauce
- Serve with a small portion of brown rice
