Turkey Meatballs in yogurt and mustard sauce

  • 100g turkey minced meat
  • 10g onion
  • 10g bunch of fresh parsley
  • 50g chestnut mushroom 
  • 25g brown rice
  • teaspoon of olive oil
  • 50g Zero Fat yogurt 
  • 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
  • salt and black pepper


  1. Heath the olive oil in a small frying pan
  2. Chopped onion and mix it with the turkey minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Form 6 small balls and fry them on the pan
  4. Once the meatballs cooked through, add yogurt and mustard to make a sauce
  5. Serve with a small portion of brown rice
