My favourite things in life are good food, a healthy body and a positive mind.

I am a true believer that we are the master of our destiny. We can influence, direct and control our environment. We can make our life what we want them to be. I set up this page to keep me motivated and focused on my journey.

I want to share with you all of the great things that make us healthy both physically and mentally. At Fit Gals Club we support each other, exchange tips, ideas and transformations to keep us going to reach our goals.
